Mahagony Tree has a very high demand as Timber once it achieves maturity, i.e. growth, a normal Mahagony sapligs of the age of 6 Months takes 12 years to 15 years to attend maturity upto the level that it becomes saleable as timber in the market. A sapling after plantation is considered matured when it achieves a diameter of atlest 4 feets at the base of the plant.
Mahogony Species are also known for its Oxygen generating qualities, it is assumed that on an average 1 tree annually produces 260 pounds of oxygen per annum, therefore by purchasing and planting 1 Mahogany Tree , you are ensuring annual oxygen requirement of 1 adult of your family for the entire year.
